Coastal Beach Retreats is proud to present "Fanta Sea", a beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 2-bath with bunk nook condo located in the highly sought-after Waterscape Resort on Okaloosa Island. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this inviting retreat offers peaceful pool views, resort-style amenities, and easy access to one of the most family-friendly beaches on the Emerald Coast.
🛌 Comfortable & Thoughtfully Designed for Families
Fanta Sea comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (per HOA guidelines). The layout includes a king primary suite with private ensuite bath, balcony access, and flat-screen TV. A twin-over-twin bunk alcove is perfect for kids, and each bunk bed features its own TV at the base, giving everyone their own cozy space to relax and unwind. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, and a second full bathroom adds extra convenience.
The open living space is ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun, while the private balcony offers a relaxing spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails with serene pool views.

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making vacation meals easy to prepare. A cozy dining area is perfect for gathering and planning your next adventure. An in-unit washer and dryer ensure a stress-free stay from start to finish.

Waterscape feels like a Caribbean-style oasis with amenities for all ages. Guests enjoy four resort pools, including a lazy river, a zero-entry pool with waterfalls, and a toddler splash area. Additional amenities include two hot tubs, a seasonal poolside tiki bar, a fitness center with pool views, poolside grills, a kids’ game room with organized activities, weekly poolside movie nights, secured covered parking, and 24-hour onsite security.

To make your beach days effortless, we provide 6 beach towels, 6 beach chairs, a shoulder-strap cooler, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon to easily transport everything to and from the beach. The wagon is especially helpful for the short walk along the resort’s boardwalk, making it simple to carry chairs, towels, and coolers without the hassle. Everything is provided so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast without packing extra supplies.

Fanta Sea offers the best of both worlds, a laid-back island atmosphere just 10 minutes from Destin’s dining, shopping, and nightlife. Nearby attractions include the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Boardwalk with restaurants and shops, the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and popular beachside dining such as Old Bay Steamer and AJ’s Oyster Shanty. You can even stroll down the beach to many local attractions.

Discounted monthly winter rates are available November through February. Monthly stays require arrival on the 1st and departure on the 1st of a subsequent month. An additional $150 cleaning fee applies.
ℹ️ Important Guest Information
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present for the duration of the stay. A $200 damage hold is required on a debit or credit card in the renter’s name. Smoking, pets, and parties are not permitted.

Room was spacious! It was nice that there were paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, a few trash bags for us when we arrived. Waterscape was perfect for our family. Will for sure be back!

Our family had a great stay. Some minor improvements needed in the condo but wouldn’t keep us from staying again. Mainly the master bathroom needs a little tlc, the shower curtain rod was rusted a bit. Also the chairs on the balcony are all lounge chairs with some rips and tears. Would’ve loved to ate breakfast outside, but there was no table or regular chairs. There was a doorbell camera that was a little unsettling, especially with only a key pad lock and no extra security. Would love to see a few changes to make this place a better stay but we would stay again. The atmosphere at Waterscape in general was great.

Such a lovely place with loads of fun for everyone within walking distance. From the heated pools, to the restaurants/businesses, and beach access - this is a one-stop shop! The home was clean, had ample supplies, and made us feel at home while traveling with small kids.

We had a great time on our vacation. We have stayed at waterscape once before, and both times our kids have absolutely loved it. They especially loved the bunk beds with their own TVs at this condo. Even though this unit is pretty much in the back, the walk to the beach is still very manageable. My only complaint about our stay is that the king size mattress In the bedroom is very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great stay.
