This 3-bedroom/2.5-bathroom condo features a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent dining area, as well as a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests and opens to a private balcony. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower, a separate dressing area, and balcony access. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom features twin-size bunk beds. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway.

This property was perfect for our family trip with young grandkids. Check-in was easy and seamless, and we were even able to check in early. The start-up supplies were great; I'd recommend taking inventory before shopping. Beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. Good restaurants and shopping close by. Lots of elevators to use that were close to the unit. We missed having a crockpot, but other than that, the kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed.

The apartment was extremely clean and roomy. Perfect getaway for the family. Traveled with kids, the lazy river and pool was ideal.

We loved the space the condo provided. The location to pool and beach was fantastic. There were multiple things that we thought could have made the stay better
Kimberly Lang Vacations took till the next day to respond. Even when I received the automated message: "Let us know how your stay is going". It took till the next day to hear back from them. We have never found this to be the case in other VRBOs we've rented in Florida, Gatlinburg and Michigan.
There were no tissues in the Condo. Might sound insignificant, but I didn't notice how much the 6 of us used them until we didn't have any!
Starting laundry detergent was not provided. I planned to just do one or two loads so I was going to use what she said was provided. I messaged asking where it could be found, By the time I got a response the next day we already made a Publix run (for tissues and laundry detergent).
They do not offer late check out at. all. At least that is what I was told. I messaged late afternoon the day before we left asking if there was any way to do a later check out (noon instead of 10am.) Didn't hear a response by the morning. So I called at 9am. They said they never do late check outs. I was more than welcome to buy another night and leave any time today that I wish. Wait. The unit was not booked for the next day? And I could not stay an extra two hours? I was astounded. The women informed me they had no communication with the cleaning crew. Yet wait, if I paid for another whole night they would
