The Space:
This two bedroom unit has a view of the expansive Tropical Gardens and Pools. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues and greens this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. Unit A616 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating for six people. This unit offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the unit for your convenience.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Amazing properties ,great pool just steps from the sand and ocean. Clean and very friendly . Totally felt safe w the littles running around. Wish there had been more food choices w eating out , but every place we went was very good. Would go back in a heart beat, great memories were made for sure!

The condo is in a great location on the property, it was clean and we had plenty of room, our group was 4 adults, an infant and a 4 year old. The view of the ocean is much closer and better than it looks in the pictures.

The owner has thought of every detail for comfort and convenience. Sturdy shelving, hooks in every area for hanging towels and suits, games ,dvds, books,etc. The master bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with crockpots, ninja blender, every cooking utensil you could need. Probably the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in, we usually don’t book units with carpet but the carpet was nice, padded and spotless. Coverlets we’re updated since pics to solid. It was better in person than pictures!
