Rent of duplex apartment in a newly and luxurious apartment building, with unobstructed view of the sea. Located in a peninsula, the apartment is a few steps from the Marina (where arrive the ships of the 'route Rhum' race.
The apartment is sea front, 50 meters from the beach in an exceptional panorama, in the centre of Guadeloupe.
From the apartment corridor, there is a sea and mountains view of Basse Terre as well as a beautiful white sand cove where you can swim in a 27º water.
A nice infinity pool of 22 metres is available.
All the shops are nearby.
The apartment is completely equipped and air-conditioned.

We spent one week in this very nice flat in February 2017.
We were only 3 but the flat can easily accomodate 6 persons.
The flat was very clean and in a very good shape.
The location is perfect, with access to the Beach in Less than 5 minutes.
Also a big thank you for the restaurent tips, they were very good.
We will definetly choose this flat again for our next holidays in Guadeloupe.
