I offer you my pretty spacious and freshly renovated house that can accommodate up to 8 people with its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, its 2 terraces, 4 hammocks, 1 jacuzzi, its private landscaped garden, its gas barbecue and garden furniture... to offer you good times in perspective...
Its location is ideal since it is located in the popular Bas-du-Fort district, avoiding traffic jams as much as possible during rush hour and allowing you to easily visit Guadeloupe.PGJyPg
As you explore the Bas du Fort district, you will discover nice beaches, the Fort Fleur d'Epée for a bit of history, a panoramic viewpoint, the Marisol beach, the Caille d'Argent, etc..., close to shops including the pharmacy, the bakery, the mini-market, the Leclerc hypermarket and a shopping center.

Lower town area: 131 m²
- Three (3) bedrooms of 10m² with double bed (140x190)
- One (1) bedroom of 13m² with 2 single beds (90x190) and direct access to the jacuzzi adjoining the L-shaped terrace.

L-shaped terrace (36m²) (East-South-East facing) with garden armchair, jacuzzi and hammocks.
