We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel.
The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive.
The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious.
The pools and the beach were amazing.
The rooms were very clean.
The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow.

The hotel was excellent in total.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was very good with variety.
The pool and the beach were great.
The rooms could be upgraded but we stayed more outdoors enjoying all the activities and shows.
I would absolutely love to stay there again.
