The hotel exceeded the amazing expectations , the cleanliness , food , beach , activities and all stuff were excellent with a special thanks to Mr.Mohamed adel , Mr.Mohamed ramdan , cheif.Mohamed , Mr.Hossam , all of them really give a very high standard hospitality and treatment quality .

Excellent beach and clean bathroom. Great view and great reception by Magdi. Staff is exceptional. The location is superb.

The gym is very poorly managed. There are no ventilation in the gym and the gym manager switches the aircon off when it is extremely hot. We have reported it on numerous occassions, the gym manager says he does not want to do anything about it. Do not got to Siva if you want to use a gym, it is unbearable. The game room is also in a bad condition. The pool sticks are worn out and the tabletennis raquettes and balls are bad quality.
