Just 30 minutes from Rovereto, nestled in the magical village of Carpeneda in Folgaria, just 3 minutes from the town center, Maso K is a small, exclusive corner of paradise built from MHM wood (glue-free) and powered exclusively by renewable energy. Each 95-square-meter residence offers spectacular views of the Little Dolomites and the Vallagarina, and you can choose between:
- 🦉 Il Gufo Dorato, a single-story unit on the first floor with a wood-burning fireplace
- 🦌 La Tana del Cervo, a two-story residence on the first floor, with a terrace
- 🐄 La Mucca Rossa, a two-story residence on the first floor
- ✨ Lo Chalet Incantato, a truly special 100-square-meter standalone unit, spread over three floors

- Spacious living room with an XL sofa that can be converted into a comfortable extra bed, featuring a 55" smart TV
- Outdoor area: 9,000 square meters with 3 areas featuring a beach umbrella, lounge chairs, a table with benches, and a shared BBQ
