Take over this entire modern, centrally located, dog friendly Boutique Inn in
a prime downtown Newport location!
This property boasts a fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, living space,
office, and outdoor deck overlooking all of the action, but also offers each
individual guest privacy in their own spacious bedrooms equipped with TV's,
mini splits and renovated ensuite bathrooms.
Pelham St. is a perfect property for family gatherings, large groups or
corporate entertaining.
29 Pelham Street is a truly unique property. It is modern and fully updated
Boutique Inn meaning, there are common areas which all guests have access to
and can use at their leisure, including the living room, dining room, and
kitchen, office, and deck.
However, it also boasts six private bedrooms, each with their own ensuite
bathroom, as well as one two bedroom suite, also with an ensuite bathroom. The
bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, some coming equipped with pull out sofa
beds, and the renovated bathrooms all have glass walk-in showers.
This is a dog friendly property with parking for seven cars. The entire
building was recently upgraded to mini splits in each room. Cleanliness is our
top priority as well as providing guests with high end linens, towels and
toiletries.

Unit 1 - One med size room - Queen bed, pullout loveseat, bathroom

Unit 5 - One extra large room - Queen bed, bathroom
Unit 6 - One large room - King bed, Queen size pullout, bathroom
Unit 7 - One extra large room - King bed, Queen size pullout, bathroom
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks
for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive
an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the
doors and Wifi. Super easy!
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please
be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a
cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of
our guests.
Parking is located behind the building with two spaces alongside the building
as well. There is one space allocated per room.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available
for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just
