This is a recently completed new build, one bedroom apartment with a private
deck and off street parking. The open concept kitchen and living room make
this unit feel spacious and airy. This is a dog friendly second floor unit
with one bedroom with queen size bed and pullout sofa, mini splits, and
washer/dryer. There is off street parking for one car, and the living room and
bedroom have TV’s. This place has it all, and being that it’s new construction
the attention to detail and cleanliness!!
Dr. Marcus Unit 3 is a second floor one bedroom apartment. This beautifully
built space is bright and airy with one bedroom with a queen size bed and a
pull out sofa with full size mattress. The open concept kitchen/living room
also has a cozy dining room table. The bathroom has a glass walk in shower and
the kitchen is completely outfitted with anything you could need. This unit
also has hardwood floors, a washer/dryer, mini splits, TV's in both the living
room and bedroom and a private deck.
The fact that this is new construction means the attention to detail is

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks
for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive
an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the
doors and Wifi. Super easy!
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please
be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a
cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of
our guests.

Additional parking needs - Street Parking - There are no meters and no
residential parking sticker requirements which makes it easy to find spots.

Parking is off street with one spot assigned per unit. If you have additional
guests, on street parking in the neighborhood is very easy to find.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available
for anything might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send

Located in the more locally populated Broadway neighborhood, this pet friendly
building is just a seven minute walk to Newport’s waterfront, although the
neighborhood itself is home to many restaurants and coffee shops.
