Bright and Open 2 Bed 1 Bath (Dog Friendly) Apartment in Broadway Neighborhood

Wide open kitchen and living space makes this bright and airy two bedroom feel

like a home away from home.



This is a dog friendly, second floor, two bedroom unit which boasts a fully

stocked kitchen, dining room table which can seat six, a living room with a

pullout sofa and gas fireplace. Both bedrooms are outfitted with queen size

beds and TV's. The full size bathroom is equipped with a washer and dryer.



Located on the second floor, there is access to a shared charming brick patio.

Dr. Marcus is a three unit building consisting of two bedroom apartment style

units, with one unit located per floor. Recently “freshened up,” each space is

bright and clean with open concept floor plans. Each comes equipped with a

full kitchen, washer and dryer, newly installed mini splits and access to a

shared outdoor brick patio space.

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks

for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive

an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the

doors and Wifi. Super easy!



Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please

be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a

cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of

our guests.



Parking is on street parking. There are no meters and no residential parking

sticker requirements which makes it easy to find spots.

While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available

for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just

send us a message or give us a call.

Located in the more locally populated Broadway neighborhood, this pet friendly

building is just a seven minute walk to Newport’s waterfront, although the

neighborhood itself is home to many restaurants and coffee shops.
