You will find the mountain area with bunk beds (90X190), a bathroom with bath/shower and sink, a separate toilet.
The living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen area with 2 induction hobs, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge with small freezer compartment, a 101cm TV, a sofa, a table and 04 folding chairs. The 6m2 west-facing balcony, which extends the living room, offers you a view of Lake Geneva and the mountain, as well as the parking lot where you will see your vehicle.
The apartment is ideally located at the foot of the gondolas, which operate every day during the school holidays, weekends and Wednesdays out of season.
The resort has local shops, bars and restaurants, a tourist office which offers activities and supervised hikes.
Leisure activities nearby: water park in La Beunaz (for a fee), downhill mountain biking in Bernex, spa resort in Evian and its Lake Geneva for idleness and its fresh water.
