This 3BR 2BA home is a wonderful lakeside property with private deeded lake access that has lots of private, outdoor space for families and guests to enjoy themselves during summer months. The deck offers a lake view and is perfect for relaxing, having coffee or dining al fresco. The location offers so many options to get the most out of your stay. During summer months, you can take a kayak, canoe or paddleboard out to the lake. From the lake, you can also access the platte river which will take you all the way out to a beautiful beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. There are several biking trails that are within a short drive from the home (sleeping bear heritage trail & Bettie river valley trail). There are tubing and kayak rentals & excursions offered by Riverside canoe - just a few minutes away! The cottage is close to many amazing towns the area has to offer (Beulah, Frankfort, Empire, Glen Arbor are all within 15-20 min and Traverse City is within 35 min). There are many local festival
