The heart of the home is a spacious open-concept great room designed for gathering. Comfortable premium furnishings, generous seating, and an easy connection to the kitchen and dining areas make this an ideal space for families and groups to spend time together without feeling crowded.
Kitchen
A large, fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. Its open design keeps the cook connected to the rest of the group and makes meal preparation part of the gathering rather than something separate.
Dining Area
The dining area flows naturally from the kitchen and great room, creating one large social space for meals, conversation, games, and celebrations. It's particularly well suited to the larger groups the home accommodates.
Sunroom
The sunroom provides another dedicated living space away from the main gathering areas. Filled with natural light and views of the surrounding setting, it's a comfortable place for morning coffee, reading, conversation, or simply enjoying a quieter moment.
Game Room
The dedicated game room gives kids and adults their own place to play and unwind. More importantly for larger groups, it provides another entertainment area so everyone doesn't have to gather in the same room. It has a large 85" TV with a Switch 2 game console including Mario Kart World, Super Smash Brothers and Super Mario World. To relax it also has a full Jacuzzi massage chair, an upright Arcade console with over 300 classic games, a card table and a desk with a computer and laser color printer if a bit of work needs to be done.
Five Bedrooms
The home's five bedrooms provide private retreats throughout the house. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, the bedroom arrangement allows extended families and multiple families traveling together to enjoy the advantages of a large vacation home while still having personal space.
