About this cottage rental
100% natural, the Mas du Cartographe cottage is nestled in the heart of the Limogne-en-Quercy causse, 2 steps from the magnificent valleys of the Lot and the Célé. Ideal for a relaxing, sporty holiday with family or friends (hiking or cycling, swimming, canoeing), you can also enjoy the prestigious villages or picturesque towns (Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, Cahors, Cajarc, Figeac, Villefranche de Rouergue,...) and the colourful markets which are full of gastronomic specialities.
Quercy house of the 18th century, surrounded by outbuildings built in stone, the cottage, recently renovated, offers all the comfort of a modern house and a superb view of the causse.
The 2500m² garden and the surrounding wooded areas offer many places to rest or take meals to the song of the birds. Very very quiet!!
The Mas du Cartographe cottage is totally independent. The owner does not stay on site during your stay.
All shops available in the village of Limogne (i.e. 3km from the cottage), beautiful market on Sunday mornings.
The village also has a superb outdoor swimming pool with 2 pools. Ideal for families with children!!
If you wish, Patrice the cartographer will provide you with a lot of information on possible visits, walks, landscape and geological curiosities, heritage, swimming and local gastronomy. So you can enjoy your stay without driving for miles!
