The Space:
Welcome to our 65m2 apartment with a 31m2 furnished and planted terrace offering panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower. Fully air-conditioned, located on the 6th floor with elevator access in a secure building, and designed for your utmost comfort:
- A living room with two sofas, a coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, and a sound system
- A dining area with a table and chairs for four people and a wine cellar
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle)
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), storage, and a desk area, opening directly onto a terrace with Eiffel Tower views
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)
- Two full bathrooms with shower, sink, and toilet (the bathrooms are en-suite)
- A washer-dryer
The cleaning fee includes bed linen and fresh towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by professional cleaning staff.
