Work is expected to occur during typical business hours, and while most disruption should be limited, there may be occasional periods of louder noise, including some jackhammering. Beautiful views and adorable condo! Easy access to beach and it was nice having the reserved parking space. It was a perfect fit for my two teenage daughters and me. The 2nd bedroom is quite small, so one slept on the couch and it worked well. We appreciated the supplies available - garbage bags, paper towel, dish soap, Clorox wipes, and even laundry soap. The construction next door was a little noisy, but it did open up lots of beach space in front of the renovation. We practically had the beach to ourselves! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, quiet, few steps and you are on St Pete Beach. Also within walking distance of Pass A Grille Beach. Construction next door and no air on first night were the only problems during our stay. We didn't find out about construction until day before, so couldn't cancel, we couldn't really use the balcony (and enjoy the beautiful view) during the day because of noise and they start working at 7:30. AC didn't work first night and part of next day but they were very very quick to respond, once I told them, and get someone out to fix it while we were at the beach. Super responsive management. Kept me in the loop. The second bedroom is small with no closet. The bathrooms were beautifully redone and clean. Pool/Beach Towels were a nice touch.The decorations are very eclectic which I loved. Gave it beach cottage feel. Kitchen is stocked with necessities. Tv in bedroom was on when we got there and turned on again while we were there, little odd. Floor was dirty and made bare feet dirty but I imagine it's hard to keep it dust and sand free. Parking space was a great location. Short walk to elevator or stairs. Pool looked nice, we didn't use it while there. Hot tub was broken while there but we wouldn't have used it anyway. We would stay here again if it was just my husband and I, but not while they are working next door. Doubt it will be much longer though. Fitness center on site would be nice.
