Comments from May guests was the noise was minimal . Construction of new Motel next to us has been working mostly inside . This is good !! . Welcome to viewing our very popular and highly rated 5th floor direct Gulf Front Condo. .We are on the top with a DIRECT GULF FRONT VIEW !! There are a limited number Units like ours with direct Sunset Views on The Beach . Please read our 5 Star Reviews and you will know you found the value we can offer . Our Building was brand new in 2003 and designed to handle hurricane storms We are fortunate and look forward to have guests coming back to St Pete Beach and Vistas On The Gulf. Please take a look at dates and come down to our beautiful Gulf Front Condo. Our Condo is a true (see photos) Direct Gulf 5th Floor Ocean Front Unit. Spectacular Views of The Gulf of Mexico morning , afternoon and Sunset from our front balcony . Our Unit # 503 is the ultimate Beach getaway . Just see our reviews here and you will know you found a fabulous Beach Front Condo . Our Unit has been recently updated in August 2023 (new flooring) , September 2023 , new living room furniture . Our new couch in living room pulls out to a queen size sleeper (brand new September 2023). Very recently in October 2023 we had new blinds for our sliding doors and custom made custom wooden shutters for all the windows . A new 43 inch Smart TV was installed (December 2023). The place looks fabulous !! Our kitchen area and both the master bathroom (walk in shower) and 2nd full bathroom were updated in 2018. The rain shower in the master bathroom is my favorite. We can sleep up to 5 guests This Condo has two bedrooms , two full bathrooms , full kitchen and eating area . There is a washer & dryer in our Unit so no need to pack lots of clothing . Yes, we do have Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs & Umbrella for your use . Please see all 50 photos posted as this will give you a great description of our amenities both within our Unit and our Property . We are located on Gulf Blvd and close to Dolphin Village for grocery shopping , plenty of restaurants . We're just a 7 minute beach walk north of the famous Don Cesar Resort . There are fun Beach Bars close by to walk to . Our Condo is really popular as you would see once you experience this ultimate " Beach Getaway " !! Thanks for your interest !! Patrick was the best host I’ve ever had using VRBO or other vacation sites. Very responsive & accommodating. The location of the condo was perfect & furnished with all our needs. While sitting on the balcony, we were able to watch dolphins swim by. (Binoculars are even provided).Patrick informed us that construction was going on beside the condo. Even tho they were working, noise wasn’t an issue.We will definitely be back!

Location is fantastic, amenities plentiful & place is just as described. Loved all the towels. It is a very desirable & busy spot, so be prepared for a busy pool & parking lot. We enjoyed the condo, but all the doors closed hard. I think w some adjustments they could close without making loud noise. The washer door may need a new track. But if you’re looking for beautiful sunsets, this is your place.
