The ground floor includes one bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and lower living room, while the upper floor accessed by stairs contains a living room and the second bedroom. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi for video calls, television with video on demand, washing machine, fan, coffee machine, and dedicated workspace.
Outside, you can enjoy your private garden and covered terrace with 2 lounge chairs facing the midday sun, offering direct views of Grebin Lake. The conservatory serves as a breakfast room where smoking is permitted.
Parking includes 1 shared on-site space and 1 shared garage spot. The property offers shared bicycle storage in a closed carport with electrical outlets for secure storage of bicycles and recreational equipment.
