Vila Verde is a gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom coastal beach villa on the Algarve cliffs. Uniquely located just a 3-minute walk from “Beijinhos” beach.
You’ll have access to a private garden, shared pool, amazing rooftop with sea view, outdoor dining areas, sun loungers, private parking for 2/3 cars, EV charging, AC, fans & WiFi.
A 15-minute walk to the city centre.

- 3 full bathrooms, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers and fresh towels.
- Air conditioning + Ceiling/standing fans in every room, including the living room.

• Safety & Security:
Portugal is very safe, but your peace of mind is our priority. The villa is protected by an alarm system with indoor motion sensors and window sensors. Three outdoor cameras are monitoring the entrance and garage area. Guests are required to arm the alarm at night and whenever leaving the property.
• Sustainability:
To conserve energy and follow sustainability principles, the air conditioning automatically switches off when windows are left open.
• Nature & Surroundings:
The property is surrounded by lush greenery, so you may occasionally see animals or insects, and they may make their way into the villa at times. Our gardener may visit during your stay to maintain the garden, and will do his best not to disturb you. If pesticides are in use, warning signs will be displayed throughout the villa complex.
• Guest Identification:
In compliance with government regulations, identification documents for all guests must be provided before check-in.
• City Tax:
Mandatory city tax of €2 per person per night (April–October) or €1 per person per night (November–March). This is charged separately.
