The upper floor is also accessible by lift, which is essential for wheelchair users, pushchairs, the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

They are ideal for a demanding clientele who appreciate style, well-designed spaces, but also practicality, in a location with very convenient access to the beach, which can be reached via the garden in front of the building, for a "slow" holiday style, for moments of relaxation, but also of conviviality and fun. The complex is just a few steps away from the beach, which is easily accessible via the garden in front of the building. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. Each flat has a numbered parking space and a further parking space outside the complex. You will receive a prepaid pass for the car park outside the complex when you hand over the keys. Use of the car park may be restricted for bulky vehicles.
