Good value

The agency is open during 9-19 h and the room was ready prior our arrival. No deposit was needed. The location is perfect - shops, restaurants, gelato - just around the corner. Decent Wi-fi in the apartment. We've got also voucher for sun umbrella and chairs on the beach, but couldnt find them. The swimming pool on the rooftop is cool, onpen during the whole day.

We had the apartment facing north - in the early morning very noisy on the street, in the evening as well. The furniture is old and the smell from the wardrobe was like at my granmas. The aircon was not cooling. The beds were not comfy at all. We were travelling with 2 small kids and did not provided any towels for them, only for adults.

A little difficult to get around first time, because the entrance in the underground garage is fro. Another street, and you will need to make a big circle to get there.

Good

I liked the location, rather close to the beach, close to a pine tree small park, which gives a bit better feeling and air quality. The balcony was nice, with space for a table with chairs and a hanger for the wet towels. The apartment was also big enough for 4 people.

There was a strong smell of mold, upon entering the room. Despite airing the apartment significantly during the next days, I could not get rid of it. I tried contacting the agency for a change of room, however nobody replied. As I was travelling with children, I am quite sensitive to mold in the rooms and I have to say I was disappointed for the lack of reaction from the agency. The mattress on the bed was also quite old and uncomfortable, triggering some back pain in the morning.

Nice location near to the beach (just behind a big hotel complex and promenade) and city “center” - road with many shops

Loud airconditioner, lack of hot water in the shower (sometimes it took 10min to have it “work”), ventilator in the bathroom automatically switched on with the lights but it absorbs smells from other apartments (cigerrette, meals).

The apartment was not well cleaned. The organization of taking the key and finding the apartment was extremely poor. Also, we are 5 people and only one umbrella on the beach is provided. The problem is that we can't pay extra for another umbrella because there are no free ones.

Wunderbare Lage und schöne Apartments, aber die Betten und Kissen sind ein großes Minus.

Wir haben die Apartments über Neujahr besucht und insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Das Gebäude ist sehr schön und macht einen angenehmen Eindruck. Die Möbel in der Wohnung sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber und funktional. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich selbst Essen zuzubereiten. Die Lage der Apartments ist wirklich hervorragend – sowohl das Meer als auch das Stadtzentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit einer tollen Lage, die wir weiterempfehlen können.

Was uns jedoch sehr enttäuscht hat, waren die Betten. Die Matratzen waren unbequem und die Kissen ebenfalls. Außerdem gab es kein richtiges Winterbettzeug. Statt einer warmen Decke waren nur sehr dünne Decken vorhanden, die vielleicht im Sommer ausreichend sind, aber für den Winter völlig ungeeignet sind. Zum Glück funktionierte die Heizung gut und die Wohnung war insgesamt warm.

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű szállás, jól felszerelt, a konyha frissen felújítva, mosogatógéppel!

Fürdőszoba felújításra szorul, illetve az újonnan nyílt Palm Beach Bar a szállás földszintjén nagyon hangos, éjfélig/éjjel 2-ig szólt a hangos zene.

Trotz Meldung an den Hausmeister wurden keine Reparaturen vorgenommen. Komfortablere Kopfpolster wären schön gewesen.

Sehr gute Lage ,Ordentlich .Sehr schöner Pool

Könnte etwas sauberer sein und evtl in der Beschreibung drin stehen das nicht mal Bratpfannen vorhanden sind .Bei Ankuft war die Einfahrt schwer zu finden und in den Garagen nicht ordentlich abgebildet das es mehrere Skalen gibt sind leider etwas herum geirrt. Bett sehr unbequem (Doppelbett)

Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und zum Teil defekt. Ein Wasserkocher wäre auch super gewesen. Mussten 4x bei der Agentur anrufen wegen einer defekten Klimaanlage.

Egyebekben minden mással meg voltunk elégedve.

Központhoz közeli elhelyezkedés, a tető teraszi medence egyedi elhelyezkedése. Az épületben tisztaság van, az apartman is tiszta volt.

Számomra olyan alap dolgok hiányoztak mint pl mosogató szivacs, mosogató szer, folyékony szappan, kilépő a tusolóból, ágynemű huzat. Ezek miatt szerintem így túlárazott.

Die Lage war gut, aber die Parkgarage schwer zu finden trotz Navi. Pool am Dach.

Im Bad war schwarzer Schimmel am Duschkopf und den Fugen, nur 1 angebrauchte Rolle Klopapier für 1 Woche und 7 Personen. Die Betten hart und es war nicht genug Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden

Használható szálás, sok előnnyel és rengeteg hibával!!!

A szállás elhelyezkedése! Közel a boltok, éttermek és a tengerpart(~350m)! A konyha felszereltsége egy átlagos családnak megfelelő. Nagy, óriási erkély! (1e. 8 lakás)Jó a medence a tetején! Óriási napozó térrel és ágyakkal! Bár elég zsúfolt tud lenni néha és nem is a legtisztább a vize!

Először is másik szálást kaptunk mint amit foglaltunk! A kulcsot nem a szálláson, hanem egy közvetítő cégnél kell átvenni, ezért újabb kőr új szálás! Utána a következő amit kaptunk, méretileg megfelelt de az egyik hálószobában nem azzal a fix 1 francia és 1 heverővel kaptuk hanem egy mobil ággyal ami botrányos volt. Konkrétan s alakja volt, két nap múlva találtunk karbantartót aki egy fogóval megsufnizta, hogy ki lehessen hajtani teljesen. De így is használhatatlan, a vasvázak a hátadat nyomták! A száláson nem volt áram egy napig! Rengeteg ételünk ment a kukába, felolvadt stb.. Két dolgot nem lehetett főzni egyszerre mert leverte a biztosítékot! Nem volt mosogatógép és sütő!(ezt tudtuk előre!) Nem volt hideg a fan coil nem működött hatékonyan!(28-29 fok volt a lakásban hűtve!) A vendégágyak használhatatlanok! (itt megjegyezném a szálásadót fektetném rá egy hétre, és megnézném a fejét egy hét után mennyire mosolygós!) Nem lehet rajta aludni! A medencénél nincsenek napernyők! A vízben ugrálni és labdázni nem lehet! A liftre olykor 10percet is kell várni mert olyan forgalom van! (máskor használható, de vigyázni kell mert oda csuk keményen, ezért nyomni kell a gombot folyamatosan) A segítség kérésre, nem érkezet válasz időben! Olyan, intézd magadnak, jobban jársz és hamarabb megoldódik szálas típus!

Der er åbnet en ude bar ved siden af. Den var vi lidt trætte af, da de spillede så høj musik, at man ikke kunne snakke sammen på terrassen, herudover havde vi også en lille baby der skulle sove.

Rezidenza della Terme- TOP

Dovolenka bola perfektná.. preberanie klucov prebieha v Agenzia Europa. Dajú všetky dokumenty a kluce, zľavou kartu aj pozvánku na party. Ubytovanie je kúsok od mora, dostali sme listok na lehátka, v Cassa nám dala čísla lehátok a slnečníka a tie sme mali cely čas. Pokojne sme si tam nechali aj nafukovacky, hracky, uteráky a na druhy deň sme ich tam našli. Na plazi na každom kúsku sprchy a WC( nie klasicke ale vyhlbene do zeme) More čisté a teple ako čaj. Kopa plážových atrakcií. Pirátska loď 22e/dospely, 18e/dieťa (4-14r) Vybavenie apartmánu: dostačujúce, my sme si nevarili. Zapínanie plynového sporáka išlo trochu ťažšie ale nám to neprekážalo keďže sme ho nevyužívali. Kavovar na prekvapkavanu kávu nás potešil. Klima v každej miestnosti. Bolo čisto, upratané. Postele a matrace už mali niečo za sebou ale nebolo to nič co by nám znepríjemnilo pobyt. Využívali sme aj bazény na streche ktoré sú v prevádzke.od 9:00-21:00. Vrátenie klucov bolo bezproblémové, len vložiť do košíka v agenzii kde nám ich dávali. V blízkosti pešia promenáda, obchody, zmrzlina,reštaurácie. Ubytovanie je pri farebnej fontáne. Určite sa znovu vratime.

Medencék a tetőn napozóterasszal, part és Ildi bolt pár perc séta, sétálóutca rögtön az épület melletti sarokról indul. Éttermek, fagyizók pár perc sétára. Jó klíma ami mindkét szobát hűti, kényelmes ágyak. Az apartman felszereltsége nekünk megfelelt.

A mosogató csapja kissé digitálisan működik (azért nem csak be-ki állása van, de alig lehet szabályozni mennyire folyjon). Ha valaki erősebb testalkatú nem biztos, hogy kényelmesen be tud menni a mosdó mellett a zuhanyzóba mert elég szűk a hely. Nekünk nem volt gond, de nagyobb darab embereknek probléma lehet.

Ár/érték arányban jó szállás, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel.

Jó elhelyezkedés, közel volt a part és a sétálóutca is, zárt mélygarázs, ahova tetőbox-szal is le lehetett állni.

Minden zörrenés hallatszik a szomszédoktól, ami az éjszakákat megnehezítette. A klíma nem volt kitakarítva, így nem mertük használni. A fürdőben a víz alig folyt le a lefolyón.

Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und es ist auch alles ordentlich und sauber

Wir waren ein Jahr zuvor bereits da und hatten in dem anderen Appartement eine Filterkaffeemaschine und in diesem war „nur“ ein Espressokocher. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine ist deutlich bequemer mit 4 Erwachsenen welche gut und gerne Kaffee trinken. Die Betten sind wirklich nicht bequem, bei einer Matratze war nur noch der Federkern zu spüren.

Wir hatten einen guten Urlaub 👍🏻

Die Lage ist Top! Sehr nah am Strand, etwas ruhiger gelegen und gleichzeitig direkt neben der Straße mit den ganzen Geschäften und Restaurants! Die Pools sind auch super, mit einem schönen Ausblick!

Die Matratzen von den Betten sind durchlegen, das kann man keine Matratze mehr nennen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich gekühlt, also war es im Zimmer sehr warm. Unser Zimmer war so gelegen, dass es auf die Hauptstraße gesehen hat, daneben war ein Fahrgeschäft für Kinder, dass sehr laut war. Mit offenem Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen, da es so laut ist. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass wir nur mit dem Zimmer etwas Pech hatten, und es in anderen Zimmern anders ist.

Die Lage und der Pool

Die Zimmer waren leider nicht sauber, die Decken konnte man nicht richtig beziehen da wir nur zwei offene Laken bekommen haben. Im Schlafzimmer waren Kakerlaken und eine Ameisen Kolonie. Die schränke haben nach Schimmel gerochen, sodass wir unsere Kleidung nicht in den Kleiderschrank legen konnten
