🏠 Apartment with a view of Port Bourgenay, in the heart of nature and just a stone's throw from the beach. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, with access to holiday village facilities: golf, tennis, shops and heated communal swimming pool (1st June – 15th September, wristbands provided).



This comfortable accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people.



Located just a few steps from the magnificent Veillon beach, you will appreciate its privileged location to fully enjoy your seaside holiday.

In the immediate vicinity: shops, restaurants, cafés, cycle paths, as well as the finest walks along the Vendée coast.

🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins

• Collect used laundry

👉 In case of non-compliance or if deep cleaning is required, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
