Newly constructed, Spacious 6 bedroom / 5 bath family villa ideally located in the world renowned Reunion Resort, only a short drive to Disney and Orlando's other attractions
Privately owned, this house has been newly furnished and decorated to provide the ultimate in luxury vacation rental accommodation. Access to 11 resort community pools as well as bars and restaurants nearby.
There is a rear patio area accessed from the family room with comfortable outside seating, ideal for evenings watching the sun go down or fireworks in the distance.

Please ensure all trash is secured in trash bags and put inside the trash bins outside. Trash is collected on Thursdays, so we kindly ask that you help keep the area clean by ensuring all waste is properly contained.

No Smoking Indoors - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Maximum Occupancy - Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
Air Conditioning Use - Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the AC is in use to maintain efficiency.
