This beautiful home in the Fairway Ridge neighborhood in Reunion Resort offers serene views of the preserve beyond. Bright and open spaces in a natural color scheme give this home a relaxing and modern feel. Everyone can gather in the great room which includes living, kitchen, and dining areas.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. It's fully equipped so you can enjoy homemade meals. The fine dining table seat 8 while there are 4 additional bar seats by the kitchen island. Comfy sofas and armchairs face a large screen TV in the living area.
The bright and spacious feel of the home continues through the elegant bedrooms. A family room stands in contrast with a darker cozier interior where late-night movies can be enjoyed. This room also houses a pool table as a bonus gem. An additional family area with comfy seating before a large screen TV can be found on the second-floor landing/den. A separate laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer offers the convenience of home.
The pool area and lanai have an extra dining table seating 6 for meals al fresco, an extra lounge area with seating for 4, and a few sun loungers. The pool comes with a spillover spa for relaxation and a child's safety fence to protect the little ones.

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

Excellent property! Ample room to spread out. Large kitchen to cook in or just relax with the large island. Wonderful pool and hot tub! Lots of outdoor space for eating, relaxing or playing games.

The house was beautiful!! We loved the cleanliness of the the entire place including the pool site, kitchen and bed and bath areas! The only small thing that I would recommend would be that we need a few extra towels and wash clothes and we trash bags
. We will definitely be staying here again!

Good value, but needs some love.The overall booking and communication was excellent. The accomodation was good and honnest with the VRBO posting. Florida Vacation Homes did an excellent communication job. We had three different issues with the house:1) The pool alarm on the sliding door was extremely sensitive and the outside boutton did not always work. 2) We paid for the heating of the pool. We were there for a week, but it took 4 days before the pool was warm enough to swim in it.3) The washing machine had rust inside of it which precluded us to do any laundry.We did mention these three issues to Vacation Homes. A technician came the next day do service the alarm. We were told that the pool would take time to get hot since it was cold outside, and were told that the washing machine was to be looked after but never was.Additionaly, the dryer is extremely loud and the oven doesn't work well. Overall good experience. The house was spacious and offered a lot of privacy. We were there for the PGA show and shared the house with 9 adults.
