With an area of 110 m 2, it can accommodate up to 8 people. You will find a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a second bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a third bedroom with two single beds 90x190 that can be joined in a double bed, and finally, a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed 90x190.
The house also has a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and a welcoming living room to relax after a day of strolling.
Everything is at your disposal for a great stay: you will enjoy Wifi, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, tennis court, and much more.

Tourist town of the Landes in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, Léon is located 6 km from the ocean, 30 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes by car from Biarritz. On its lake, you will practice canoeing, paddling or fishing. Lake Leon is an ideal setting for young children with its sandy beach. You will discover the nature reserve that extends to Moliets by sailing on the Courant d'Huchet in a boat guided by boaters. The river of the Palue, which feeds the lake of Léon, is also very appreciated for guided or unguided walks in canoe kayak with some small eddies, adrenaline rigolote guaranteed solo, couple, families or friends!
