About this house rental
Our recently refreshed holiday home ideal for 8 people ready to welcome you!. It is a typical Landes house on a 1000m² garden with trees, 2 large wooden terraces, bright and quiet house. It is close to all amenities on foot, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist etc. The house is 10 minutes from the beaches by bike, (we provide 7 second-hand bikes, one with child seat), 4 minutes by car.
Our house is located on the edge of the cycle paths, in the pine forest, the activities are numerous, beach, surfing, golf (1.7km away), tree climbing, karting.
Bike rental also nearby, restaurants.
This house consists of a large living room, dining room for 8 people, living room with fireplace, TV, Wifi. A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and coffee machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, washing machine, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner. 2 bathrooms with shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, 2 separate toilets, 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a 140x200 bed and a 160x200 bed. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with 1 bed 140X200 and a bed 160X200 and 1 bed 90X190. Travel cot, high chair, baby bath available.
Garden lounge, garden table, hammock, sunbeds, deck chairs, barbecue, ping pong table.
Board games for children available.
It is an ideal place to spend a good family holiday and enjoy the joys of surfing, the beach, bike rides.
Bed linen and towels included in high season from July 4th to the end of August.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season from July 4th to August 31st, minimum 7 nights. Possibility to rent from 2 nights in low season
Linen is optional in low season with our concierge.
