Welcome to Bella Di Lago, a delightful waterfront home on Kerr Scott Lake, perfectly located between Boone and Wilkesboro. This charming property features a private dock and offers stunning views of the lake, the surrounding mountains, and those unforgettable sunsets. Bella Di Lago is the ideal spot for a family vacation, just 6 miles from Wilkesboro and 25 miles from Boone, making it easy to explore local shopping and dining while still being only a short drive away from all the fun the High Country has to offer.
Inside, the home is spacious and inviting, with plenty of room for relaxation and enjoyment. The first floor boasts a cozy living room with a gas-log fireplace, a large gourmet kitchen perfect for family meals, and a formal dining area. Upstairs, you will find two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, providing a comfortable retreat.
Step outside, and you will discover multiple tables and lots of seating options. The covered deck features a gas fire table, making it the perfect spot to relax while overlooking the beautiful Kerr Scott Lake. There is also a paved patio that is great for inflating paddleboards and storing your lake gear. Additionally, a lovely landing above the stairs to the dock offers seating and tables for enjoying the lake at any time of day. The dock is a fisherman's dream, with enough space for your boat or a rental. Plus, two dogs are welcome to join your stay, subject to an additional fee.
