A traditional two-family farmhouse converted into a single-family home, preserving the original structure and main façade, in which the old barn and hayloft have been transformed into an interior courtyard surrounded by masonry walls.

The farmhouse, designated as a heritage site, dates back to 1800 and is located in the municipality of Muxika, which is part of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve.
