Prainha Calm Retreat in Alvor

Enjoy this welcoming apartment located in Aldeamento da Prainha, Alvor. With a bright atmosphere and architectural details reminiscent of Moorish influences (characteristic of the Algarve region) provides all the comfort for a delightful stay! The resort offers 3 adult pools (including a panoramic one with direct beach access), 2 for children, tennis and paddle courts, restaurants, a bar, playgrounds, and lush gardens.

The apartment is part of Aldeamento da Prainha, a resort with 3 adult pools and direct beach access.
Just 4 minutes away from the Alvor Boardwalks, starting at Praia dos Três Irmãos and extending to Ria de Alvor, enjoy the charming landscapes of the Algarve coast.
For those who enjoy walking, it's an area with several trails and pedestrian routes that are worth exploring! One of them is to walk along the banks of the Odiáxere River, enjoying the wonderful natural landscapes and the tranquility that prevails.

The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and plenty of storage space!

￫ Bathroom
There is one bathroom with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room, which opens to the patio, is equipped with a TV, comfortable sofas, air conditioning and a lovely wood burning fireplace (wood not included).

￫ Patio
A bright and comfortable space with a dining table.

￫ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, mini-fridge, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and coffee machine (coffee not included).

- Swimming Pools
The pools are shared with the resort and are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. They are closed from November to April.

Good to know:
- Ongoing construction works in the vicinity, no timetable for completion.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the designated lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Seasonal and hourly operation may vary. Expected to reopen on the 22nd of March, same as the restaurants and supermarket. The swimming pools may close for maintenance without prior notice from the condominium.
￫ Nighttime in person assistance with matters beyond the property's responsibility will incur a cost of €25 from 22:00 onwards and €50 from 00:00 onwards.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 35€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
