Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom apartment in charming Cascais! This stylish and modern retreat offers all the comfort and convenience for your stay. The bedroom promises restful nights, while the inviting living area, and fully equipped kitchen, provide a homely atmosphere. Just a short stroll away, you'll find Cascais city center, picturesque beaches, vibrant restaurants, and the main local attractions. For the perfect family activities, there's a spacious urban park just a few meters away.

The apartment is located in the basement of a building without elevator. Access to the apartment is private and only involves climbing 3 steps, while the living area is at ground level. It is absolutely perfect for couples looking to enjoy the main attractions of charming Cascais.
￫ Living Room
The living room has a sofa, air conditioner and a television with cable TV.
￫ Bedroom
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a TV.
￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a complete bathroom with a shower.
￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.
￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys over the table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib are free of cost, however, linens are not included.
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
