Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in.

- From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00
- After 23:00 – €60.00
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is literally a minute walk from the lovely beach known as Praia da Rainha
Located right in the heart of the Cascais historical area with its charming cobbled streets and old architecture. Just a short distance from the Rainha Beach and Albatroz Hotel. Quietly tucked away off the main walking street but close enough to roll out of bed into the local cafés and restaurants it is a fantastic base to explore getting lost in the old town area. Plenty of good boutique shopping right on the doorstep
Getting Around:
Underground paid parking is available within a 3-minute walk
Cascais train and bus station are just 100m from the apartment, giving you easy access to Lisbon and Sintra. The train between Lisbon and Cascais is regular and runs along the coastline. The Cascais marina is a short walk from here over a small bridge.
Taking a wrong turn in this area is an experience in itself with some new sights to offer.

All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.
Tourist Tax
A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.
The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.
Accommodation Details
All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:
- All beds made with fresh linen and towels
- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)
- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.
Additional Services
- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.
House Rules
- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.

Extremely convenient location for beaches, shopping, and restaurants. A bit noisy from foot traffic in the area until 11:00 pm or so.
