- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- two bedrooms with 140 × 190 cm double beds,
- bathroom with shower, bath and WC,
- a work desk,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, fan, clothes hangers,
- Wi-Fi, games for all ages, books,
- central heating, smoke detector.
Private parking is not available.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
