This holiday apartment is in a historical Jugendstil building at the heart of the old town in Zell by the Moselle.

The holiday apartment is on the fourth floor. There is also a bicycle storage room, accessed directly from the street (Moselle side). There are many parking spaces on the other side of the street and on the directly adjoining car park.

The apartment features the latest technology. It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower bath. There are two bedrooms each with double beds. The cosy living room provides two sofas and a TV. The high ceilings of 3.30 metres are typical for historical buildings. The separate built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge wit freezer compartment, sink, four-ring hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo and filter), as well as a dining space. A welcome bottle of wine is provided on arrival, as well as a Senseo coffee. An iron and ironing board are available. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. Original wooden flooring and natural parquet are featured in the apartment. Satellite TV and radio, a DVD player and HDMI connections are provided.

The front side affords an unobstructed view of the beautiful Moselle. The rear side of the building is at the start of the Zell pedestrian zone, with a view of vineyards in the well-known wine-growing area “Zeller schwarze Katz”.
