Excellent dinner in the evening, washed down with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, made on the estate, very smooth and fruity, and excellent value. At checkout, one departing guest bought a couple of cases. I would have done the same if I had room in the car.!!
Breakfast was ample, cold meats and a large variety of pastries and bread,
Our room was in one of the old dungeons, very atmospheric, but also very comfotable. Lovely big, comfortable bed.
Having to leave without buying a few cases of wine. In hindsight, I should have filled the car with a few cases, and left the wife and our dog to make their own way home !!!
