About this apartment rental
Large and beautiful 3-room apartment of 70m² with two terraces in a secure residence, completely renovated in 2021, at the crossroads of the Grand Parc, Ravezies, and the very popular Chartrons district in Bordeaux.
You will be 2 minutes walk from the C and E tramway quickly serving the historic city center (10 minutes), the Saint Jean train station (20 minutes), the right bank, and to the north the Lake, the Parc des Expositions and Stade Atlantique (15 minutes).

Crossing, spacious, bright, cozy and modern, my 70m² apartment with parquet floor has 2 private terraces of 15m² (main south facing) and 10m², 2 bedrooms with French windows with access to private north terrace, large living room and fully equipped hi-tech kitchen.
On the first floor of a secure residence, the entire apartment was refurbished in April 2021 after acquisition in January 2021.
The main room: living room and kitchen
You will start your stay by arriving in a "real" entrance, corridor and decompression chamber in which you can leave your personal belongings and hang your coats, hats, scarves and bags on the entrance console with mirror.
You will then discover the main room, a living room bathed in light with a sober and elegant style, shared between the living room and the kitchen with access and view of the main south-facing terrace, with electric shutters.
The fixed 3-seater sofa will rest you from your journey: be careful, it is very comfortable! And to accompany even more relaxation, you can even add its removable chaise longue.
The dining table made of real solid acacia wood for 6 people will be delighted to host your breakfasts, meals and dinners.
The kitchen is fully (over)equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and a wide range of utensils that I detailed in the ad.
Everything is practical and very intuitive: the watchword is simplicity!
In the access corridor to the "north wing", you will find the toilet and a very large wardrobe.
The bedrooms:
The 12 m² master bedroom is the one I occupy myself when you are not renting the apartment.
This beautiful and spacious "master bedroom" is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200) with thick mattress (20cm) and box spring. Beware of heavy sleepers, it is extraordinarily comfortable and difficult to get out of it in the morning ;)
With its parquet floor and warm atmosphere, I hope you will spend beautiful nights there.
Please note: as a year-round occupant, I will store my personal belongings in the bedroom wardrobe, closed with padlock.
The 11 m² bedroom is the secondary bedroom of the apartment, it's my guest room!
I completely renovated it in 2022 to bring you the maximum comfort and relaxation, and so that you feel perfectly comfortable and enjoy your stay with me. You will sleep in a double bed (140x190) with the same quality of bedding as the master bedroom (thick mattress and box spring).
For music lovers and amateurs, I put my digital upright piano in it (having played the piano myself for years!): feel the soul of a Mozart, Chopin or Beethoven and don't hesitate to play it!
You will have a complete storage space in a dressing room with dresser, drawers, shelves and even a small wardrobe.
For periods of high heat, I even have a portable fan at your disposal.
A little extra common to both bedrooms and not the least: you have direct access on the same level through the French window to the north terrace, common to the second bedroom with its wooden cladding. Ideal for getting some fresh air and enjoying extra space!
The bathroom:
This is the very first room I renovated!
You will discover a walk-in shower with rain function or classic shower head (try to pass the squeegee over the glass after use, thank you!), a multifunction mirror (change of heat, light and demist) and a washing machine with a porthole that you can of course use: detergents and other products are just above with a myriad of clean towels.
A word at the end of this novel (congratulations if you have made it this far!): I have personally lived in the heart of the apartment since January 2021 and feel extremely good there every day, especially after the fittings and renovations I have carried out.
I try to think about bringing more taste, innovation and comfort so that life is always as pleasant as ever.
I hope you will have as much fun staying there too!

If you arrive by car and are looking for parking, there are often free spaces in the street in front of the residence (paid parking). However, don't hesitate to ask me, it is possible that I can give you my secure parking space for an additional fee (the base price does not include parking).
The main terrace overlooks the multi-storey parking lot.
Living in the apartment all year round, you will find foodstuffs in the cupboards and the refrigerator. These are not consumable by travelers, except if they are replaced. Any food that has been consumed without prior agreement or not replaced will be recharged.
The pricing is the same for one or two people. As the apartment is quite comfortable for 4 people, it is then understood in a progressive way according to the number of people booking the apartment beyond 2 people; I invite you to see the details of the calculation when you put your dates and the number of people making up your trip.
The car space inside the secure parking lot of the residence is available at an additional cost, not included in the basic price.
