About this house rental
Redesigned w/ bedroom theming and Modern Luxury. Largest lot in the neighborhood will be equipped with a playset, outdoor games & more. Each bedroom has its own full bath, providing ultimate privacy for all guests & families. Our pool & hot tub are frequently maintained to ensure a clean & enjoyable experience. The movie theatre hosts large groups w/ comfort. A game room in one garage & exercise equipment in the other make this home a resort.

Two bedrooms on the main floor each with a King Bed
One Bedroom on the 2nd floor with two twin beds - Minions
Two Bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a Queen Bed - Star Wars and Super Mario
Two Bedrooms on the 2nd floor have two full Beds - Moana and Nemo
Two Bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a King Bed
Large kitchen with six barstools and two tables for 8 each, one refrigerator, microwave, two dishwashers, oven and stove top.
Remote working space in the common living room and another private working space
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $40 per day. POOL FACING SOUTH EAST
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***
Wedding parties and actual weddings welcome - plenty of space to host any event - we can set up breakout rooms and multiple conference areas
Guest access the whole home :)
Access code will be sent in the guidebook after rental agreement is filled out
Gated community - instructions to enter the gate through security will be provided after bookings is confirmed
