About this apartment rental
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING is allowed anywhere on Romar Beach Property.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS by guest or renters. Only unit owners are allowed to have pets on premises.
3. ALL GARBAGE MUST be placed in plastic bags and placed in the dumpster by the road. NOT in the cans by the picnic area.
4. Nothing shall be thrown, hung, shaken or swept from balcony railings, doors, and or windows.
5. No bicycles, scooters, skateboards or roller blades may be used on walkways, in elevator or in the parking lot.
6. No loud music or disturbing noises between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am.
7. ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE AN OWNER'S PASS OR TEMPORARY PARKING PASS FILLED OUT COMPLETELY. No commercial vehicles. You will be provided with (1) ONE PARKING PASS that will be include with your reservation. One additional parking pass will be available FOR PURCHASE ($30) IF NEEDED. Parking passes are limited to (2)two per unit and are obtained from your rental owner or TLC Management. Vehicles parked in violation of these rules will be towed at owners sole risk and expense by King Towing 251-269-3096.
8. NO FIREWORKS. No grills or fryers of any type may be used on balconies or walkways. Designated grills are available by the covered patio on the east side of pool area.
9. Please read and follow pool rules located near pool area. Pool hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Pool and patio furniture should NOT be removed from pool area.

11. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR DISRUPTIVE EVENTS. IF FOUND IN VIOLATION.....YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
