Nestled in Beach Village Resort, the newest gated resort community on the Alabama Gulf Coast, this beautiful cottage is conveniently situated in Orange Beach, mere steps from the Gulf of Mexico.
Cast Away comfortably sleeps 7 guests, featuring a King bed, a custom-built Twin-over-Queen bunk, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room in the cottage is equipped with large smart TVs, complete with streaming apps for your entertainment. Please note that streaming accounts are not provided, so you are welcome to log in with your own.
Constructed to Gold Fortified standards, Cast Away offers contactless entry via door code, pine wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets, solid stone countertops, impressive 12' and 10' ceilings, and elegant crown molding on both levels. Stay connected and comfortable with wireless WiFi access available throughout the home.

Beach Village Resort is the newest gated resort community in Orange Beach, where privacy meets modern coastal living. This community, secured with private gated entry, lies just a stone's throw away from the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Guests are treated to an array of water features, including a large outdoor zero-entry pool that's a delight for all ages. The pool area, heated seasonally, is a paradise complete with a splash pad, a lazy river, and a custom-built water slide. Adding to the allure are the resort's seasonal activities. We absolutely loved our stay. The amenities inside the condo were top tier. It was very clean, and communication leading up to our stay was some of the best we've experienced. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. A few minor things I should mention, however. The water pressure in the showers was poor, and likely the worst I've experienced, even counting hotel stays. Hopefully that's something that can be improved for future guests. On cold days, the downstairs is around 8 degrees cooler than the heat setting. One particularly chilly mornings (30s/40s), we had to set the heat to 76 upstairs just to feel comfortable on the main floor. Even then it was chilly. (In Wisconsin where we live, we typically set it to 72.) We couldn't get the ceiling fan on the first floor to work, and had hoped to direct some of the heat downward from the vents in the ceiling. (Tried the chain, multiple light switches, etc.) Finally, a small chair on the front porch sure would be nice. While it's a smaller porch than the other units, it was the only porch without one. We would have used it a lot had there been one. Again, to our minds, these were minor things, but we wanted to mention them. Oh, and wow, we LOVED being so close to the trails behind the units. We walked them daily. A nourishing stay for us overall. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo. -- Scott and Anne
