The spacious bedroom features a queen bed, generous open closet and drawer storage, and a dedicated workstation complete with monitor. A cozy den—lined with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and anchored by a plush chaise lounge—creates a peaceful reading nook or second lounge area. The adjacent full bath offers both tub and shower.

All rooms in the home are available for your use, other than a downstairs storage closet and the garage. All private owner`s closets are explicitly marked.

The home is located in a buzzing neighborhood and has typical city sounds throughout the day and evening.
