Amazing property! Excellent location. Close to RMNP and downtown Estes not to mention excellent views from the balcony. I love coffee first thing in the morning they have a regular coffee machine and a nespresso vertuo. Safeway the grocery store is probably a 10min drive. Adam the host was very nice and attentive. Theres so many games and so many sitting area in the family room. I could go on and on about all the good things about this property.

Perfect location to visit RMNP. Very nice, clean and spacious condo. My only suggestion for future guests staying during the warmer months is once you arrive, pull the shades down immediately…gets a little warm in kitchen and living room during the daytime.
