floor and features a lovely east-facing balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun
. The living room is the ideal place to relax after an
eventful day. Here you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, an LCD TV, and
a DVD player and stereo for your entertainment. The dining area is perfect for cozy
meals and lends the room a rustic charm. The kitchen
is equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare your favorite dishes
. It is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a
ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator. The bathroom with a shower and toilet offers practical
comfort, while the bedroom, featuring a spacious double bed (160 x 200
cm, separate mattresses), ensures restful nights. Parking space No. 42 is reserved for your car. Inside the building, you’ll also find a bicycle storage room and a washing machine. Wi-Fi is free,
but we assume no liability for any potential disruptions. Pets are
welcome, and the apartment is a smoke-free area. The daily rate applies to up to two people;
additional guests cost 10 euros per day. Please
note that it is not possible to have mail forwarded here,
