Great, peaceful location. Beach 5 min away and bus stops in the close approximaty, in order to reach both North and South of the island.

Well, it's an ordinary one-bedroom flat, nothing special.
This is FRAUD. The apartment is advertised at EUR40, but there's a hidden 'cleaning fee' of EUR120. The trouble is that you don't see it when you book, your card is charged EUR160 and you can't cancel because it's 'an extremely cheap offer'. It is not. It's also unfair competition with other properties. Also the lady who did the check-in spoke no English (I speak enough German to have been able to communicate with her, but that may not be everyone's case).
Ceci est une FRAUDE ! A éviter à tout prix ! Il y a une 'charge de menage' cachée de 120 euros qui est ajoutée automatiquement et il n'est plus possible d'annuler la réservation.
ACHTUNG! Vier mal zu TEUER! 1. Nacht kostet 160 Euro!
