Luxury & Traditional Apartment at Dar Bouzoubaa - Heart of Fès Medina

If your stay has some things "go wrong" you can be assured, Mohammed, the owner, will do everything he can to make it right. He is a very attentive host - greeting us on arrival with fresh orange juice, conversing with us about our plans and offering helpful suggestions during our time in Fez. The building is well located, near to the main attractions. We felt safe and it was easy to navigate our location, by foot or by taxi. The view from the terrace was impressive with tables and chairs for enjoying the sunny afternoons or watching the sunset. The apartment was doubled booked so Mohammad offered us 2 single rooms in the building, which wasn't ideal and as they were brand new, we had a few issues come up in the first 24 hours. However, they were quickly dealt with and as a result, Mohammad treated us to a driver one morning who took us to a few of the major attractions and breakfast at one of his riads close by. I originally booked this apartment because it had a kitchen and I thought I would be able to cook a few meals there, but it doesn't really lend itself to that. It felt more like a hotel room so not a place to "hang out" unless you were enjoying the terrace.
