Non compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any damages/extra cleaning. We ask that you look after the place as much as possible, as any extra cleaning required will be charged.
Lost keys will result in a fine of $400!

- Respect the property and keep it clean (If Extra cleaning fee is required, it will be charged depending on the cleaning required after checkout)
- We ask that you clean up upon checkout
