The apartment is suitable for short or longer-term stays with a comfortably sized kitchen, living room, and bedroom with storage. The location is easily accessible from the 210 freeway and a short walk to Trader Joes, Chase Bank, and much more!
We give our guests their space and privacy! We do not interact with our guests unless they reach out to us first. We are always available to answer messages from guests and prefer to do so within the Air B&B platform.
The apartment is ideally located near the border of Arcadia & Monrovia which provides the safety and enjoyment of all the amenities each city has to offer.

-NO SMOKING PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE PROPERTY
-No parking in any carport other than letter A or the car will be towed
-Quiet Hours 10 pm-6am
-Please Close Windows & Doors while Running A/C & Heat
-Please Set A/C to 78 degrees when you leave the property
- Dump Trash in Large Black Bin & Recycling In The Large Blue Bin Located in the Carport with the letter A on them.
- Take Large Trash Cans Out To The Curb On Tuesday Nights If Your Booking Falls On That Day
-No More Than 2 Persons Allowed
- $150 non-refundable pet fee if pets are on the property
