Luxe Haven Retreat

Our second stay at this PRISTINE rental! Quiet street & quiet neighborhood, beautifully landscaped, and beautiful bathroom, kitchen with all new appliances. The king sized bed is THE MOSST COMFORTABLE MATTRESS WE EVER SLEPT ON! After our first stay we bought one for ourselves! the host is readily accessible and assisted us with our travel needs quickly! Unit was well-kept, clean, safe and easy to find with your favorite maps app. Location is excellent for walking to the grocery store, bars/restaurants and shops in Monrovia. We didn't hear any noise or even see other renters. Just as an FYI, if you decide to rent this place, there are at least 4 units on the property. We stayed in one of the units in the house itself. There is another unit with the same number in the back off the parking lot that is not this rental. It's a bit confusing if you arrive at night in the dark, but it's no biggie. The property is very quiet and I would definitely stay here again. The folks in the neighborhood were all friendly and I felt safe running alone in the early morning hours. We saw a coyote walking straight down the middle of the street which was pretty cool and there's parrots around, too! Also, although we looked all over for a chore list and checked and rechecked for a response to our email we never found or learned of a list of cleaning and maintenance tasks to complete prior to leaving. With so many of these rentals asking for a couple hours unpaid labor it was nice to just leave the place clean and organized but not getting up at dawn to wash, dry and remake beds or scrub grout prior to leaving.Lovely place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is very nice. We felt safe and loved that we could walk to the downtown. The decor was lovely and the bed was comfy too!

Beautiful home. Well equipped. Quiet. Nice neighborhood and safe.
