Stunning views of Deer Valley's East Village expansion can be enjoyed from every angle of this spacious 4-bedroom Black Rock Ridge townhome, which sleeps up to 10 guests. Perfect for large families or multigenerational travel, this three-level mountain home offers luxury finishes, flexible sleeping arrangements, and exceptional access to Park City's top attractions. Located just 7 minutes from Historic Main Street and with easy access to multiple world-class ski resorts, this home combines comfort, space, and convenience perfectly.
The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering and relaxing after a day of adventure. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances and ample prep space for family meals. The living area centers around a cozy stacked-stone gas fireplace, while a large rustic dining table seats 8 for meals and entertainment plus additional seating for 4 at counter height for bigger groups. A gas barbecue is available on the deck for outdoor grilling, along with a propane fireplace for cozy nights.
Also on the main level are two bedroom suites, making it ideal for guests of all ages. The junior primary suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath, providing a comfortable space for family members or guests, while the primary bedroom offers a luxurious experience with its walk-in closet, ensuite bath with soaking tub and standing shower, and direct access to a private patio with a hot tub and outdoor seating.
The lower level offers additional entertainment and sleeping space, featuring a King size bed with an adjacent full bath located in the hallway. The townhome is perched above the hills near the east side of the Jordanelle Reservoir, offering easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails. A newly carved access road takes skiers directly to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola in five minutes or less. We had 3 families traveling together for our trip, and this home provided the perfect space for all of us. With the 3 bedrooms for the adults and the bunk room for the teens, we all had our own space. Plus the common areas where we could gather to relax, eat and socialize. The check in and check our process was beyond easy. We barely had to do a thing, making the whole experience very stress-free. We would definitely recommend this property to friends, and would love to come back to it if our travel plans send us to the Park City area again.

This property was great. Convenient to Park City/Canyons, as well as Snow Basin and Alta. The property was very comfortable, with several living spaces. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked - had everything you needed. Will definitely consider staying at this property again.
