An air-to-water heat pump is used to heat the pool, providing the lowest possible cost for pool heating. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. The house’s indoor swimming pool and sauna offer relaxation in every season. Outside, there is a landscaped 1,270 m² plot with lovely terraces facing both north and south, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. There is plenty of space for both relaxation and play, and the property also features a cozy fire pit, perfect for making twist bread and enjoying time together on warm summer evenings. For the youngest members of the family, there is an activity room with space for play and relaxation – and at the same time, a wonderful view, so both children and adults can enjoy the surroundings. Free parking is available on the property, and one dog is allowed. The area offers great bathing beaches, scenic hiking and cycling routes, as well as nearby restaurants.
