Holiday cottage with swimming pool and panoramic views of Ebeltoft Bay and the town. In good weather you can see all the way to the island Samsø. The house is incredibly well and functionally furnished with large kitchen/dining area opening on to the living room with a TV with satellite dish that can receive German channels. The kitchen (from 2007) is equipped with all appliances. The swimming pool is 18 m² . There is a bathroom with a sauna in the pool room. From here there are also panoramic views. The house has good beds, and if the kids want a place to play, there is a mezzanine in the living room. In front of the house there is a large terrace where the views can be enjoyed to the fullest. The house is located high with short distance to several good beaches and many fishing and surfing opportunities. The drive-way is on a steep hillside, which can be a challenge during the winter months, but it also means that cottage has as undisturbed location.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
